FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we do deliver within the UAE and internationally. Orders over 300 AED are free, otherwise a delivery charge of 25 AED in Dubai and 29 AED to other Emirates is applicable. International orders are based on location and shipping rates.
  • Can my order be amended or canceled?
    Unfortunately, no the order cannot be canceled. However, amendments can be made within 12 hours as our aim is to ship the order at the earliest to you, however, the price may vary depending on the changes in the order
  • What is the refund and exchange policy?
    We do not offer refunds and there can be no exchanges made once the products are delivered.
  • What are the different payment methods accepted?
    We accept bank transfers locally and internationally. We also accept cash on delivery within the UAE
  • How can I collect my receipt?
    A digital copy of the invoice will be sent to you via email as soon as you confirm your order with us.
  • Where is my order?

  • I am a supplier? Can I sell my products to you?
